"I consider one of my superpowers to be how quickly I can get dinner on the table and would love to invite you into the fun!"

Hi! Thanks for being here. This idea started from my love of bringing people together and creating low-effort, nutritious meals. I noticed when working 1:1 with clients that many struggle with the same barriers I do when meal prepping. Lack of time, decision fatigue, and just low motivation with other life responsibilities.
As with many nutrition-related things, there's no lack of information out there on meal prepping, but it can feel overwhelming to take action. It's easy to overcomplicate meal prep; whether it's with the Pinterest recipe scroll or thinking it has to look like perfectly portioned Tupperware lining the fridge, but it doesn't! You can create 3 ready to cook or reheat meals in ~1 hr and if you're like me, incorporate a leftover, charcuterie or sandwich night so you don't actually have to cook the other 2 weeknights.
Before having a family, I loved cooking, but in my current season of life it's usually the last thing I want to spend my free time doing.
If you're tired of the stress of figuring out what's for dinner, maybe you cringe at the thought of meal prep, or you just want to make adulting chores more fun, this is the class for you!
