Many times, insurance companies will pay 100% for preventative nutrition therapy. Prior to our first appointment, I encourage you to verify your benefits with your insurance, so you will have an estimate of your cost. Coverage varies based on insurance plan, copays, referrals, etc.

What if my insurance is out of network?

 

For clients with out-of-network coverage, you can request a superbill (receipt) following services. The superbill allows you to seek reimbursement for your care directly from your insurance company. The superbill does not always guarantee reimbursement.

Self-pay rates:

Initial - 55-90 min appt - $200+

Follow-ups - 55 min  - $150​​
