Hi! I'm Caitlyn. I've worked as a dietitian for a leading eating disorder treatment center for the past 5 years and felt called to open up a practice in NWA.

What fuels my passion
I had a short run (pun intended!) as a collegiate cross country & track athlete, but was cut short related to symptoms associated from RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency Syndrome).
Coaches, family, diet culture bombards us with messages about "good" foods, "bad" foods and what a "healthy" body looks like. I felt many foods were off limits and guilty if I didn't count calories or follow a rigid meal plan. Thoughts around food and body took up a lot of brain space. It was much later when I learned about the significant impact disordered eating has on the whole body and inspired my interest in working in the eating disorder field.

My approach
I think a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a space where you feel comfortable showing up authentically are most important. Your values guide our sessions. It's my goal that you leave feeling seen and with tools that feel approachable to find your path towards a healthy relationship with food and body.

Outside of work
I'm a mama of 3 and love bringing people together. Despite popular belief, I don't love cooking and rarely spend >15 minutes on a meal. I love a good book, sitting on a patio & anything outside.
