Many times, insurance companies pay 100% for preventative nutrition therapy or medical nutrition therapy. This varies based on insurance plan, copays, referrals, etc.

Prior to our first appointment, I will send you information on how to verify your insurance, so you will have an estimate of your cost. This is not a determination of benefits. If they deny your claim or state that you owe, you will still be responsible for payment.

What if my insurance is out of network?

 

For clients with out-of-network coverage, you can request a superbill (receipt) following services. The superbill allows you to seek reimbursement for your care directly from your insurance company. You are still responsible for your bill even if insurance does not reimburse.

Self-pay rates:

Initial - 55-90 min appt - $200+

Follow-ups - 55 min  - $150​​

You can pay via credit/debit card or HSA/FSA account.

No Call No Shows & Late Cancellation Fees

If we are not notified within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time you will incur a late fee. This late fee will be outlined in our payment policies.
